The Uhr (pronounced like the word "your") family has been in the jewelry business since Bernie returned home to Philadelphia following WWII. Bernie eventually opened a store with his wife in the Philadelphia suburbs and passed on the lessons to their son Scott who has been in the diamond and gold business for over 25 years. Now, led by their daughter Janet, the family is branching into exciting new areas including sterling silver and 14 karat gold plated fashion jewelry constructed of the highest quality materials at reasonable prices.
